Meet your Lawyer

Emma Hill is the founding attorney of Evergreen Legal Counsel. Born and raised
along Colorado’s Front Range, Emma earned her degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and her law degree at Charleston School of Law. Following graduation, she built her career across several states as she and her husband relocated during his Navy service—gaining valuable experience in Florida courtrooms, banking regulation in North Carolina, pro-bono legal services, and estate planning and litigation in Washington’s Puget Sound.
 

Now settled in Longmont, Colorado, Emma focuses her boutique practice on estate planning, trusts, probate, elder planning, and small business advising. She brings this breadth of experience and perspective to every matter, combining big-picture understanding with personal, client-centered service.
